Regulations for using TheWhite services

By accessing and using TheWhite website (thewhite.cool), you agree to comply with these terms and conditions of use.
If you do not agree to any part of the terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Account Registration:
• You must be 16 years or older to create an account
• Registration information must be accurate and complete
• You are responsible for securing your account and password
• You must notify immediately if unauthorized access is detected
Our Rights:
• Refuse or cancel registration without reason
• Suspend/delete accounts violating terms
• Request additional identity verification
Your Obligations:
• Do not share account with others
• Do not use for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Do not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
Ordering Process:
1. Select products and add to cart
2. Fill in shipping and payment information
3. Confirm order and pay
4. Receive order confirmation email
Pricing & Payment:
• Prices displayed in VND, including VAT
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time
• Methods: COD, bank transfer, credit card, e-wallet
• Orders are processed only after successful payment
Order Cancellation:
• You can cancel before the order is handed to shipping
• Refund in 5-7 working days (if paid)
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is detected
Delivery Area:
• Nationwide via reputable shipping partners
• Time: 2-5 days (inner city), 3-7 days (remote provinces)
• Shipping fee: According to current policy
Liability:
• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping partners
• You must check goods before accepting (for COD)
• Complaints must be sent within 24h of receipt
Risk:
• Risk transfers to you upon successful delivery
• You are responsible for providing accurate address
Copyright:
• All content on the website (text, images, logo, video) belongs to TheWhite
• "TheWhite" logo is a registered trademark
• Website design is protected by copyright law
Usage Limits:
• You may view and download for personal purpose
• Must not copy, distribute, or use commercially

• ❌ Impersonate TheWhite or our employees
• ❌ Spam, harass, or annoying behavior
• ❌ Use bots, automated scripts to buy goods
• ❌ Post content violating copyright
